Blogging

I really don't get blogging I guess. Everyone I know is posting about special topics and such and all I do is post like it's my private journal. I post the good things and the bad....my life is not all roses there are plenty of thorns thrown in. So why does everyone else's blogs look so awesome compared to mine? Mine is just a cheap, simple this is my life kin d of page.
